We go to the Foot massage place on Grant Road, it is great. Why is the City making this so difficult. If I am understanding this correctly, the massage therapists must pay Mountain View and annual $400 to be 'non-certified' what does that mean? If other cities do not have this fee why does Mountain View? These people work very hard for very little money, the city should reduce that fee to $50. If the city cannot process an application for $50 then the City has a real problem.

If the city is worried about sleazy businesses, how about closing down that adult book store on El Camino Real, what an eyesore!
