Nothing new here, we lived through months of construction work during the re-siding of park place north in 2000 only to be rewarded with a rent hike the month they were finished. Prometheus are experts at assessing the risk of a tenant moving out and will exploit your inertia with out losing a minutes sleep.

We live in Beach Park apartments where they refuse to take care of a mold issue that is making me sick and windows that are so old they whistle when they are closed. We're trying switch properties because they won't let us out of our lease but then they claim we owe them concession. Meanwhile Miramar across the street is getting a face lift. Prometheus is a crappy, greedy management company and you can be sure, when we get out of this mess, we will never live at a prometheus property again!
