Ah, the Phantom Phlusher moved from my company to NASA. Maybe he's (and it is the MENS toilet) just a contractor, though.
Seriously, we had a janitor quit because of the Phantom Phulsher. The guy stuffs a toilet paper roll down the 'loo.

Interesting to read that cameras are mounted in Bldg 269 but not in 244. Why the favoritism? And what objectionable graffiti?
