There is no voluntary limit on contributions in M.V., only on expenditures. We won't know if the expenditure limit has been violated until several weeks from now when the candidates' last pre-election expenditure statements are filed -- or even later. In past elections some candidates have gone over the expenditure limit only in the last week of the campaign, and the over-spending has only been publicized after election day.

Hogwash. These contributions account in partfor her ability to out signage the others, hoping for name recognition votes so people don't look at her voting record. Dedicated public servant no doubt, but dedicated to who?
