Is this "loss" in MV due only to depreciation of the new building?

If they have $281M in cash on hand (even after spending tens of millions on the Los Gatos location) then why did we need a bond measure to build the new hospital building?

The projected profit is off the backs of the soon to be unemployed workers most of who don't make anywhere near $1M annually that the management just kicked out the door and the cuts in benefits for the remaining workers.
