Palo Alto has over 30 playgrounds, and not one of them is really accessible for the physically disabled. Our dream is to create a park for "everybody." In a time where local government continues to slash costs and nobody ever asks the public -- how many rich people are in Palo Alto again? -- for money, city hall won't help. It is up to us: the people not in power. Over one million needs to be raised, and so far, less than $15,000 has trickled in.
