I can remember the days when a lot of people wished Lee Domanico would go away. In retrospect, people may not have liked what he said or did, but everyone knew where they stood and all knew who was in charge.

Everyone should heed the recent lessons of El Camino Hospital and be careful what they wish for because whatever wish made could end up being way worse than what is in place.

Case in point, Ken Graham. Now there is no leadership, no direction, low morale, panic and the place is run by outside consultants who are bleeding the place dry. I'm glad I got out when I did.
