Why isn't the League of Cities lobbying in D.C. against all the oligarchical forces, trying to grow the middle class with income tax policy (soak the very rich; corporations mainly) so that Main Street still has a chance? Those corporations are eventually going to figure out that all their regressive tax advantages don't mean a thing if their customers go broke. But by then will it be too late?

Please inform the police of the down turn. Ticketing visitors to Mtn View for stop sign violations are a sure way to keep shoppers away. With the long line of cars circulating the area for parking no one was blowing off the stops signs.

Not sure why this would be useful. Alleged "experts" are going to tell people how to survive in the business.
