This guy is all talk and has no problem with threatening cities with his law degree. Pretty despicable. In the end, he ends up severely damaging the medical MJ cause for good. You'd think the self-proclaimed advocates for MJ would know better than to allow a guy like this to join their cause.

Buddy's products only list the quality of the high one gets, NOT the medicinal content (percentages of cannabidiol, cannabinol, THC, and other pertinent components) or what each variety is especially good for, like migraines, back pain, arthritis, nausea, sleep, etc. Indeed, it seems to be a mockery, though I suppose a user could research the varieties they sell and learn these things themselves. If it's sold as medicine, it should say what the medication is best used for.

This guy just likes to be controversial and in the newspaper. If he really cared about helping his cause he'd pressure the city to enact pro-pot regulations (which seemed likely anyway) rather than breaking the law and making the city become more anti-pot because now pot clubs are seen as irresponsible outlaws.

Reminds me of another legal and social issue regarding people that want things before they obtain it legally.

The medicinal marijuana issue aside, the cities of Mountain View and Sunnyvale practiced responsible governance in showing Buddy's the door.

What has this guy actually done except get booted from two different cities and run his mouth about running for office and suing people but them back out of both?

I believe pot should be legal and I think there is place for dispensaries of it. But I really don't think Lucero is the best face for such efforts. He's clearly in this for his own ego.

He will continue to be booted until he is in an area that is too poor and disenfranchised to rid him from their community.
