County launches domestic-violence registry

A registry of domestic-violence perpetrators became effective Monday in Santa Clara County, one of three Bay Area counties to roll out the new system designed to provide current information to law-enforcement and court officials statewide.

I think that the CLETS database system of domestic violence perpetrators is a very good idea. I would think they already had something like this in place! Thanks for the info,

would this apply to complaints of a habitual neighbor harassing another?
