Nadine Levin retires after 20 years at City Hall

City Hall was in as much turmoil as it had ever been when assistant city manager Nadine Levin was hired in December of 1989.

"Get the best people, give them what they need {ie, lots money and generous benefits)... No wonder we are bankrupt.

Retire early at 60. Time to collect that high three pension at the taxpayer's expense before it is all swept away.

of course... no one works as hard as public employees... they put all us private sector suckers to shame. I'm reminded of this every time I go to the Post Office or DMV.
