State high court hears Google age discrimination case

A former top executive at Google Inc. who claims he was fired because he didn't fit in with the Internet giant's youthful culture took his case to the California Supreme Court in San Francisco Wednesday, May 26.

He was fired 7 years ago and is now suing? I wonder what the story us in that.

I work with people of a Google age and I haven't heard them use the term "old fuddy-duddy." That's a pretty ancient term.

Reid first sued in 2004 and is just now getting his case re-considered. Boy, the wheels of justice sure turn SLOOOOOWLY.
