Evandale complex invigorated

The large, run-down apartment complex at 291 Evandale Ave. may no longer be a headache for neighbors thanks to a City Council-approved plan.

Well about time to see an improvement to this slum-ghetto, I think MV has turned the corner in the recession!! It will be a vast improvement to the neighborhood.
