Biking to work is a great way to get more energy for work and play. Also, it reduced the premium I pay on my life insurance :-)

Most all the bikes I saw today had smiling people on them. Not so with the cars I saw...mostly frowns in them, including my own car. Biking is good for the soul. Think I'll ride to work tomorrow.

Hey I noticed on the freeway alot less prius and hydrids slowing traffic this morning it all makes sense now
