Posh Bagel owners arrested for alleged insurance fraud

The owner and founder of several Bay Area bakeries has been arrested on suspicion of failing to report employee injuries and accurate hours worked, according to the California Department of Insurance.

$500K bail sounds a very steep considering the allegations. Are these people really considered a flight risk or is the D.A. just trying to make an example out of them?
