The Madrigals returned safe and sound. Due to the added expense from this prolonged trip, they will be performing Rutter's Magnificat with the Mountain View High School Symphony Orchestra. It will be held Monday evening, May 24th, 2010 at the MVHS Spartan Theater 7 p.m. for a Free Will donation to recoup costs. Their voices are not to be missed. They have recorded CDs and have performed all over the world. Several members are part of the Girls Select Choir who just returned from the 25th Anniversary of the Pacific Basin Music Festival where they received a Silver Award for their vocal pieces. Choral director Jill Denny also led this trip. So, come enjoy beautiful music and help with their unforeseen expenses. No doubt you will leave "blown away" by very talented musicians and singers.
