An occasional (and regular) police presence would be welcome on the trail for a number of creepy elements that taint the enjoyment of most. My wife is often uncomfortable going on the trail alone unless it is a really warm, sunny day with lots of people.

Why was she working on a computer in her car ? He won't have exposed if she weren't working in her car. is it possibe he didn't realize someone was in the car while he was exposing. Did he flash at her? That is the 64000 dollar question.

I agree their needs to be more patrols. There is also a need for public restrooms near the trailheads. Based on the story, perhaps the suspect did not realize that the victim was in her car, and needed to take a leak.

I think tom or jerry could answer the $64000 question.

What kind of psychosis causes this behavior? This "flasher" label seems to trivialize this disturbing act. I am concerned about what kind of threat this sort of individual poses beyond this act.
