Water use flowing downward, city finds

The economic recession appears to have been good for water conservation, with total water use in 2009 reported to be the lowest in Mountain View since the mid-1990s.

Mountain View has so many wonderful and vast grass fields in parks and school grounds. Have you ever seen the massive sprinkler systems in action? Imagine how much Sierra water we would save if we went recycled water there! Go Green MV!
