and this guy is one of the type that the 9th Circuit Court and our Legislature is going to be letting out of prison.. While a felony, it won't be deemed to be a real violent one, and he'll be out in 60 - 90 days.. Get in line folks, these guys won't do the time for the crime... The next one could be you, your wife or teenager..

Make sure you carry your pepper spray and a hefty stun gun, as the times they are a changin'.

Menlo Park transient David Harris, 32, punched a 74-year-old Mountain View transient...
I thought The Voice policy was not to print names of criminals in the on-line paper owing to the fact that it virtually shamed them for life. I guess transients don't count.

Spare the rod, spoil the child.
I say bring back the Death Penalty, that would free up a lot of space in the jail system, and make criminals think twice about there actions.
All the lawyers getting rich with all the damn appeals. WTF?
Time for action.

Don't worry folks, the boys in Elmwood detention center will take care of him. Also this is a violent crime against a senior, he won't be out for a long time.
