It is very interesting how Binkley gets probation for his crime. I guess being from Los Altos pays off on doing time in real prison. There are several Los Altos grads from our class that are currently doing 25 to life for various crimes and they did not blame it on their PTSD because of their upbringing. Don't use our country's military for your crimes and your drug use. That's BS. I served in our military and I do nothing but thank them for my success, but I don't have a drug problem and I saw much more then Bosnia. I wish you luck and hope you invest your time teaching others to not make the same mistakes. Your case is not a landmark case for vets for PTSD. I wish you luck and stay off drugs. That's the real reason for this case.
