Sounds suspicious. Terra Bella isn't known for a lot of cash businesses.

sounds like they might know of each other or a friend of a friend said something about this to a friend of another friend. And who pays cash these days.....?

Sounds like he wasn't able to come up with the rent and decided to fabricate a story to help buy him some time...but just in case, did he notice if one of the robbers was carrying an iPhone?

I want to know if the robbers had an iPhone as well.... think there might be a connection? What is going on in this city? I am starting to think I might look for a safer city to live in... if there is one!

great police work here in Mtn. View. I hope that the other person at large is apprehended...and they both do the time for the crime.
Perhaps this business in Terra Bella is not a cash business. But the person had that amount of cash on him to pay his rent. Simple enough.
