Dear Sir/Madam,
After reading this article I felt that I have to share something with the audience.
We are very loyal residents for the City of Mountain View for 10 years, and still can not buy a property at reasonable price.Like every family with young kids we have huge motivation to have own home.My desire is there to be avialable more affordable properties for the first time buyers build by the city for their long time residents. Families with moderate, stable income that are not eligible to purchase BMR unit, and at the same time can not afford to buy one of the beautiful new Miramonte Townhouses to have more housing opportunities.
Just a thoughts!
Thank you for your time!

You want to develop 40, 60 acres in Mt View, you need to pay for the privilege of the profit you're going to make! Welcome to the big leagues boys!!
It isn't new....Maybe you could just build a fire station, or PUBLIC park, or re-pave a couple of miles of El Camino, or whatever developers of fine communities have done FOREVER.
Good Heavens!! My wife needs a new BMW after all!!
