"Unnamed employee fired" "$100,000.00 stolen" How do you miss 100,000 dollars? "if enough evidence is found, the employee will be arrested..." I guess if the police can not get a warrant, the unnamed employee will just get a job somewhere else.

the Foundation gives $264 million in grants. <thats how, 100 k is like .001% of the money that this great foundation normally gives.

100K in flxible accounts seem lot of money not knowing how many employees work for this foundation. What about the Auditors? Is it the same old KPMG,Deloitte,? Then I am not surprised. How long has this employee been doing this?

Not only did the foundation not miss the money, they even know who the thief is! Sounds to me like good financial management by the company ("The theft was identified by our finance department as a result of internal controls ...").
