El Camino's new hospital 'comes alive'

After years of planning, culminating in a well-rehearsed patient and ER move from the old facility on Sunday morning, El Camino Hospital's brand-new $470 million facility is now open.

I had an office visit with my doctor on Monday at 9:30 a.m. He'd just come back from seeing his patients at the new El Camino and said he needed a map to get around, just like a college freshman on his first day on campus.

Hopefully they will support the local Community/Lay Midwives with natural childbirth.

Support the mother.
