Fabric covering for Hangar One?

If the Navy decides to preserve Hangar One later this year, the historic structure may be covered in a fabric stronger than steel, resulting in an all-white look reminiscent of the hangar when it was first built.

OK,I know I am commenting on a two year old article. I came across it while researching the history of the Hangar One remediation project.

The article states that Shoreline Amphitheater is 34 years old (in 2007), yet I remember the horrible stench (from excavating the landfill) while they were building it in 1985. I believe the "tent" was completed in 1986, which would make the fabric-covered structure just 23 years old today (and 21 years old when this article was published). A far cry from 34 years.
