Pretty tough for us to help you find him if you won't describe him any more than telling us age and what street he lives on. What's the point of this story?

The purpose is just to let us know that policemen still exist in MV

I think it would be helpful if the community could help find this person. I'm not sure why keeping his identity a secret is necessary...the woman involved is not underage. Maybe Liz Wylie can explain? Thanks!

Duh... Strangle does not mean death.. it means a choking, squeezing of the neck.. Your article sez that he "Nearly Strangled" her.. Not a nice act, but it was not "Nearly", it was actual... it was that "He strangled her".. Years of declining education on the part of "journalists" rears its head in our local paper.

Please proof read and ask a teacher to help out.

It gives our six-figure salary cops something to do besides walk the beat on Castro.

They know his identity and yet they allow citizens to stay in harms way? How does that make sense? They don't want to alarm him to the fact they know? I'm pretty sure he knows that already.

If this is a domestic abuse/homicide case, I would think the only who should be wary or afraid are those who are related to the suspect in some way. That's not to say he won't strangle you, but if you're his mother/girlfriend/wife/lover or child you're more at risk. I love how stories like this make everyone paranoid.
