My daughter and I sent clothes for Afghan girls through Rosemary's charity, "a little help". The feeling she gave back, when writing a heartfelt thank you note with a personal touch, is indescribable. The people in Afghanastan have so little, and she gave so much. Thank you Rosemary.

Only since Rosemary died have I learned what an amazing, courageous person this city had. She's really inspired me. See the previous MV Voice article - one of the comments has a link to the NBC story. Also see the SJMN Patty Fisher column from Monday, 9/28/09.
The address for "A Little Help," Rosemary's charity to help Afghan women, is: A Little Help, 241 W. Blaine St., McAdoo, PA 18237

This is truly a tragedy and a great loss.
I feel the best way to honor her is to support the sending of more troops to Afghanistan to clean the country up and make it a better, more secure place for women.
