I think something needs to be done regarding healthcare costs and the availability of healthcare insurance for those with severe health issues who can not otherwise get insurance. I believe we all should have healthcare and insurance available to us but everyone has to share the cost of the insurance not just the people like me to currently carry the burden for America. Dental insurance and care should also be a part of this. I wish you and President Obama well in zeroing in on a compromise that works as best as possible for all. It won't be easy and we will all have to pay for it.
Another thing which you should fix is..... you and all our elected officials should be covered by the same healthcare program. It is patently unfair that you have your own, superior health insurance (not to mention pension) while we have to struggle to come up with our own. We can no longer nor should we pay your way with the insurance. When you reach 65 you should go under Medicare like the rest of us.
Why not fix Medicare and use it as the pattern for the national health insurance?
Thanks for listening to me.
