Water District makes play for ball fields

This Tuesday, the City Council will take up a familiar debate: the idea of turning a local park into a 15-foot-deep flood basin to prevent property damage in case of a major flood.

Why doesn't Sacramento make its cash grab from the water district with its cash hoard, instead of grabbing property tax revenue from cash-strapped cities?

Astroturf.

That means- single use field. Tax dollars-again- for private club sports and adult leagues
