this is a common pratice with all companys SALES SALES!!! Have you called AT&T lately? The companys view are the same profits before service! Thay feel they are "servicing the customer" the poor reps like the service writers & mechanics are forced to upsell customers! Companies including AT&T don't want unions protecting employees!

Most non-union people do not understand that Union Jobs are the last stand on the eroding Middle Class. When the Middle Class does well Everyone does well!!! Support your peers that are in a union. Organize and join a Union - instead of being jealous of there Middle Class Wages and Benefits.

Does anyone really expect a different result when a family-owned business is sold to a faceless (and uncaring) corporate entity? Allison was once a fine business, friendly and responsible to the community they lived in. AutoNation sells virtually all types of cars and services at locations coast to coast. With the seemingly unstoppable trend toward large conglomerates, family-owned business are rapidly becoming a thing of the past. As they disappear so does friendly, honest customer service and treating employees like family. Here's one valuable tip: Once your BMW is out of warranty, RUN- do not walk- to one of our excellent local mechanics. Many of them are factory-certified, do a GREAT job, never try to "upsell", and charge about 2/3 of what you'd pay at the dealership!

This is great, unions are completely un-american and should be banished along with lobbyists.
