Interesting report. Where does this couple live. ON a street or on private property?

I do not know where the reported Los Altos homeless live but I do know that there are quite a few homeless living along Stevens Creek which does run through Los Altos as well. So it is definately possible that the Mountain View homeless along the creek were pushed on down into the Los Altos end when the trail was extended.
