Bull puckey.. if we start suing the people who were only trying to save a childs life. It could just as easily been 85 degrees that day and I bet the mom still would have left that kid in the car for "one minute" (I dont think you could enter COSTCO and complete a search for someone in 1 minute) she had to go look for the husband.. could have been an hour. She should just be happy that her child is alive and that someone else cared enough to call for help.

Child should not be left inside the car unattended, period. This is the US, not Russia and she should have carried the baby with her. This is a complete waste of taxpayer money.

"This is the US, not Russia..." I love this line.
Do russian parents leave kids in their cars all the time?
I have not been to Russia in 20+ years, someone please tell me it hasn't gotten that bad.
Too funny

Officer Goff is a power happy, arrogant, intolerant tyrant who should be stripped of his badge and made to serve community service. This rogue officer is what is wrong in the community and we will all be better off after he is fired!
