He has no name. This paper only prints names of teacher who have been accused of absolutely nothing that can be substantiated. When an adult breaks the law and snarls the morning coummute, however, all of a sudden a name is no longer an item of news interest.

The SF Chronicle reported that the 19 year old was Christian Valle. I don't think the police had even released that info until today. I've seen stupid manuevers by supposedly "sober" people at this intersection. The crews were working on that light and the railroad crossing from 9 until 4 yesterday. The teacher issue is old, deal with it.

At least it wasn't a suicide which was this first thing I thought when I heard the train had hit a car.
