Mountain View judge Leslie Nichols retires

The only Mountain View resident to ever become a Superior Court judge retired last week, and 400 friends, family and colleagues gathered at his retirement party May 28 in his downtown San Jose courtroom.

While I definitely applaud Les Nichols, I have to question "The only Mountain View resident to ever become a Superior Court judge" statement.
I believe Charles 'Chuck' Gordon and Charles 'Chuck" Hayden might wonder about that.

And Hon. Shawna Schwarz, formerly with LACY (Legal Advocates for Children and Youth) and other youth advocacy groups, and a regular volunteer for many years at the El Camino YMCA, currently sits on Santa Clara County Superior Court.

He does not deserve any accolades. He is biased and corrupt and his ruling in my case has made my life hell.
