Randy and I had a blast growing up in Mountain View in the 60's and 70's. Those were our Wonder Years. Raiding the cherry orchirds, our first loves, all the concerts from San Jose to San Francisco.
My kids never knew what a adventure it was to walk everywhere.
Randy and I left M.V. when we were in our 20's but always considered M.V. our home. - Jim Calles

Our family grew up in a old house on California Street. We had great times running around town. Randy and I would go to the theatre downtown every Saturday afternoon along with almost every kid in town. Randy was a young paperboy in the neighborhood and loved going to Bill's store on the corner of Mariposa and California Streets. Mountain View will always be our hometown.
