Legal or illegal immigrants, if you have a contract with someone to pay them for work performed, the morally and ethically correct thing to do is to pay them as promised. Your comment is like saying that you won't pay your employees their salary if they have parking tickets. It only reflects badly on you. In this case, Lozanos has shown that they can't be trusted, which could be a business-ending situation for them.

I'm glad the workers are reciving their pay back. It wasn't fair when they arrive to their work on time.
