"alleged breeches of contract" - I don't see what business a man's trousers have to do with tennis.

The word is "breaches". Perhaps the Voice should hire a copy editor. I'm sure that, given the current economic environment, you could find one cheap.

I'll fix it. Why do I need a copy editor when I've got you?

I have been a resident of Mountain View for 48 years. I started playing tennis at the Cuesta Center in the 70’s and now play two or three times per week. Residents Pay no fee for court time. I could move to Sunnyvale and pay $10 per hour for their courts and I am sure Mr.Gill would provide courts for a nice fee. I guess Mr. Means is suggesting a $10 or more fees to plug up the big drain. I wonder when he last visited the Cuesta Tennis Center.

I am not sure about the importance of attire. I am curious, was Mr.Gill’s suit a $2000 custom Armani or an off the rack Men’s Warehouse. If you could provide this information it may be useful to Mr. Means and other council members when they vote on who and how the center will be run.

Perhaps Foley was wearing those classic plaid golf knickers, like the late Payne Stewart wore.

What happened to the "real" comments that were previously posted here online by residents on a hot topic that is very important to the local community?! The Voice's coverage of this issue is appalling to the local community and the Voice's deleting of the actual comments here is even more suprizing.

Regardless of your opinion, come out to the Parks and Rec Commission Meeting: 7PM on Wed May 13th at the Senior Center, 266 Escuela Ave when the city staff makes their recommendations to the PRC on this matter.
