We're VERY proud of Mtn View High's Team 971 (Spartan Robotics) and also their winning alliance partners in the finals:
Bellarmine's Team 254(Cheesy Poofs)from San Jose and
The Athenian School's Team 852 (The Athenian Robotics Collective)from Danville.

Gunn's Team 192(GRT)were finalists along with their alliance partners: Girl Scout's Team 1868 (Space Cookies)and San Ramon's Team 1280 (Ragin' C-Biscuits)

Los Altos High's Team 114 (Eagle Strike) made it to the Semi-finals. Paly's Team 8 were in the Quarter-finals.

All around, a great job by our local teams!

A minor correction to the article: The Championship in Atlanta is an international competition, not national. Teams from many parts of the world will be there to compete.

Championship takes place on Apr 17-18. You can watch the competition by webcast. Log onto the FIRST Robotics website for the link.
