Two Issues with this article/case:
At first they say the investigation was from Feb 19-Feb 27(when they made the arrest in the morning), which is realistically 7 days. Now, they are trying to make is seem longer when they say "Police took him into custody on Friday, Feb. 27, following a several-week-long investigation..."

Bail seems a little high? $2 million, considering they let out possible murderers out and people with concrete evidence against them. OJ got his bail doubled after he robbed someone at gunpoint and it was still only $250k(after it was doubled)!

There is an excellent children's book to help children who it is either known, or suspected, are being sexually abused. It is a faith-based book and they included the faith element because it is the child's real story, fictionally told, and he relied on faith to help him, and also because many children are threatened and silenced by abusers using faith as a weapon. The book is easy to read, small and discreet in size, and something children will be attracted to and will want to read. The first in a series of four. You don't need a book to protect your kids, and they don't need any book to learn to recognize a predator when they see one. It's mostly really awful men posing as "Men Of God" who mess with children in the first place. The Bible is a very ugly book, full of incest, rape, and genocide. It shouldn't be sold to children.

Looks like the Police Athletic League needs to look at policing themselves. I hope that the couch did not touch any of his players. Once a sexual predator always one. Hey maybe this a program that could be cut to save the city money.

The police should be focusing on solving crime and catching predators like this....good job investigators...bad job Police Athletic League.

Look within,

I doubt anyone else needs clarification on this, but the Police Activities League *is* the police. They, like everyone else, trusted Carbajal until these allegations came to light. Once the accusations came out, police conducted an investigation, like they always do, and concluded there was grounds for arrest. After that they terminated their PAL connection with him.

I ask people to speak out if they know anything directly related to this case or the girls making the allegations. It would be a shame innocent man to go to jail if he isn't properly represented.

Also, write to a lawyer and ask them to represent him pro-bono.

Lastly and most importantly, write and/or go to local and national media and write to them about this story. With public attention the city/county will be forced to investigate this further, rather than the half-ass job they have been doing.
