Barbara Kyser's Letter-to-the-Editor of 2/20/09 is a very succinct and reasoned comment re. the tax cuts vs. stimulus package debate.
Thank you for publishing it. One important stimulus package advantage she did not discuss--job creation. With unemployment approaching 9% and (even in our President's estimation) the downhill slide continuing if not accelerating, it's all about jobs, jobs, JOBS!
