Facing a long list of code violations, a souring housing market and irritated neighbors, the owner of 291 Evandale Ave. is finally looking to sell his vacant apartment complex.

Has Teresi paid the city back that $125,000? He ought to. That place ought to be seized by the city, it's a public health hazard. Sal Teresi belongs in jail, and his assets belong in the city's coffers.
