Don’t shoot the messenger, writer Daniel DeBolt. Since I have been in the courtroom every day of this trial, I can attest to the accuracy of his article, “Sparks Fly in Binkley Trial”. Want more information about prosecutorial misconduct in this case? Check out my blog at www ojlubke .com.

This is so much BS from Binkley. First of all, as an officer, he would not be standing guard. He would be in command of personnel that would be standing guard. At the most, he would have been the one ordering the shooting, not the other way around. As such, if he did do an illegal killing, then it is on him for committing the crime because as a commanding officer, he would be the one to make the judgement call. This is a case of a loser who has screwed up his life and trying to shirk responsibilities for his own actions.
