Google makes more real estate moves

In an effort to centralize its workforce, Google has moved employees out of three buildings totaling 128,000 square feet, now up for lease, and moved the employees closer to the Googleplex. Meanwhile, the company has purchased four other buildings totaling 240,000 square feet.

Hopefully the greedy landlords in the area will be forced to lower their rents due to reduced demand from the Google employees. To bad we can't get rid of proposition 13 to collect a fair amount of tax from the income/investment and commercial properties in the area also.
