Dear MV Voice - you included a photo of a Campbell woman with her dog at the festival, but pets are not allowed there according to a city ordinance that is used at this festival. It is always possible that her dog is a service dog, which would be allowed, but it is not always easy to tell.

As a dog owner myself, I would not want to bring my beloved pet into a crowded environment like this with little room to walk and hot pavement, so I appreciate the city enacting this ordinance to keep dogs and people safe.

Please help publicize this next year to make it easier on everyone.
