Reread what I wrote. There is nothing anti-Mexican about it. What works for rich white-asians will not necessarily work for poor Mexicans and vice versa. Unlike Palo Alto, we actually have a real diversity of wealth and education levels and not that it matters, but yes, a diversity of skin color. It's diversity. Celebrate it.

We cannot just keep throwing taxpayer money at the situation without addressing the real socio-economic and cultural issues that are cuasing the huge gap in the community and the mess at Graham.
