Advocates call for more affordable housing

Mountain View has experienced a net loss of affordable housing over the past 20 years, according to resident Roy Hayter of Advocates for Affordable housing.

Public transportation was invented to allow people to comute yet the light rail and VTA 22 has such a low use rate. Everyone else rents if they want to live here. Who are building houses for? We need to support the Teachers / Public workers etc with affordable housing to support the city.
