New hurdle for disabled students

Local educators are disappointed in new state regulations which bar students with learning disabilities from receiving high school diplomas unless they pass California's exit exam.

First of all most employers are not going to look at the educcation system. They are just going to ask for a high school diploma to get any kind of job with them.
Standardize testing does not work. Look at England where they believe in it and there education system is a mess. I have to ask how do these exit exams help learning disabled students?
