When Ms. Lieber says [her] "primary concern has been the cutbacks to services to those who are most vulnerable," I'll foolishly assume she's talking about the many local businesses that are struggling to survive in a down economy!?! Or is she talking about the victims of parental spanking? Please, Ms. Lieber, its all about the economy, not your social agenda. Finding yourself out of a job soon?
