Changes to how you access the Peninsula Foodist are coming Jan. 24

I know change is scary – but don’t be alarmed, this change is for the better.

Starting tomorrow, Jan. 24, Embarcadero Media, the parent company of the Peninsula Foodist, is launching new websites. While this “blog” on the Palo Alto Online website will no longer exist, you’ll find food content on its own landing page on four websites – Palo Alto Online, Mountain View Voice, The Almanac and Redwood City Pulse. Simply navigate to the ‘Food & Drink’ tab on any of the four websites to access the latest food news and archived coverage!

And don’t worry about having to go to four different websites – the ‘Food & Drink’ content will be uniform across all four sites. So if you live in Mountain View and are an avid Mountain View Voice reader, simply stay on the website you’re already on.

Because we’re launching the new websites tomorrow, the Peninsula Foodist newsletter will come out Thursday, Jan. 25, instead of Wednesday.

And starting Feb. 7, the Peninsula Foodist newsletter will be weekly instead of bi-weekly. So that’s more food content for you!

On Wednesday, we'll be launching a new website. To prepare and make sure all our content is available on the new platform, commenting on stories and in TownSquare has been disabled. When the new site is online, past comments will be available to be seen and we'll reinstate the ability to comment. We appreciate your patience while we make this transition..

Stay informed.
