King Hummus opened in late February at 840 Willow Road, owner Sam Kafle said. The restaurant serves hummus plates, shawarma, falafel, kebabs, schnitzel and other traditional dishes.
Kafle is from Nepal and one of the restaurant's partner's hails from Israel. Kafle described their menu as "real, authentic Mediterranean food."
Kafle is open Monday through Friday for lunch and dinner, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
